Join us for a Peloton ride that challenges the body, mind, and soul once a week, for 7 weeks.

We have selected rides that connect to a Biblical theme and will dive deeper into that theme with group discussion and Scripture. We only endorse the Bible as truth but the ride will provide a connection point and avenue to begin reflection, while we push ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually! Believers and seekers welcome!

• 7 Weeks, 1 ride per week (approximately 30 minutes)

  • We ride for personal and spiritual growth, not for comparison. Maybe your goal is to finish and maybe your goal is to PR every time...both work!

• Scripture will be provided each week electronically and physically. Have the Scripture visible throughout the week. God's Word holds authority (Hebrews 4:12) and it does not go out and return void (Isaiah 55:11)!

• The link to the ride and the reflection questions will be posted in a private Facebook group on Sundays. This is where members will share reflections, learnings, challenges, and encouragements throughout the week.

  • Mondays at 4:30 pm CST will be the “live” ride (it is an encouragement to see others with you!), otherwise, you can complete the ride within the week at the best time for you.

• Why the $30 cost?

  • We want your commitment. This is not another group to sign up for and forget about or passively watch. There is power in growing together and we want you there and committed. A "buy-in" communicates your commitment to yourself and us. Let's go for it...we are stronger together (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12)!

  • Those who complete the 7 weeks (as noted by participation in the Facebook group) will receive a T-shirt reward. It is good to celebrate and remember growth! God delights in our growing and we get to too (Nehemiah 8:10)!

Exchanging Duty for Delight

Bi-Weekly February 5 - April 30 (7 sessions)

Cost: $30 (includes the study book)

Join us as we explore the invitation to delight in a life hidden with Christ. What does this mean, and how do we do it?

We will be using hidden: Finding Delight in Your Life with Christ by Allison Allen.

"What does it look like to exchange:

• Performance culture for unconditional love?

• Visibility for inherent value?

• Earthly accolades for heavenly reward?

• Enslavement to people-pleasing for freedom in Christ?

• Hiding from life for being hidden in God?

In Scripture, Jesus presents us an astoundingly countercultural way of existing--one without the pressure to perform or make a platform. The life Jesus offers is focused on him. Simply and surely. Living a concealed life, whether known by many or by none, is about resetting our motivations and focus."

• Bi-weekly on Wednesday nights from 8:00 pm CST to 9:15 pm CST on Zoom.

  • Join us from anywhere!

• The meetings will consist of getting to know each other, a 20-minute video teaching from the study's author, and a discussion time.

• Between meetings, the study will lead us through individual work--Bible study, personal reflection, etc. There are five individual study sections that can be completed over the two weeks. This should give us a good time to dive in, but not forget before we meet again!

  • A study book is included & it helps us cover some of our operating costs.
